Provides analysis and visualization to assist departments with data informed decisions. This is achieved by using statistical methods and technologies for analyzing historical data. The goal is to gain new insight and improve strategic decision-making to help UA achieve its mission.
Process Improvement
Supports units with their efforts to identify processes that are inefficient or outdated. These could be university-wide, academic or individual department processes. The goal is to streamline processes, raise employee morale, improve productivity, increase stakeholder satisfaction and align daily activities to help UA achieve its mission.
Data Governance
The institutional framework to formally manage university-enabled data assets. This includes standardizing processes, formalizing data definitions, supporting data stewardship, increasing data integrity, and promoting security and privacy. The goal is to maximize institutional collaboration across departmental boundaries and empower UA to make transformative data-driven decisions.

We offer continuous improvement, process improvement, problem-solving, and leadership training as well as presentations and tools to support additional training.

We provide consultation and facilitation services for academic and administrative units throughout The University of Alabama. for process improvement and change management projects. We also mentor and coach process improvement project managers and teams.
